Senior Analyst – Service Management & Leasing (O2C Solutions)

Position Summary
Zoetis, Inc. is the world's largest producer of medicines and vaccinations for pets and livestock. The Zoetis Tech & Digital (ZTD) Global ERP organization plays a key role within ZTD, managing enterprise applications and system platforms that support Zoetis' business operations.
The Senior Analyst for Service Management & Leasing is responsible for the implementation and optimization of Order to Cash (O2C) solutions at Zoetis. This individual will lead Service Management initiatives within O2C, focusing on supporting the Service Management and Diagnostic business units. The Senior Analyst will act as an internal consultant, collaborating with business partners to design, test, and implement solutions that enhance business processes and system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Management & O2C Solutions :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand business processes and design solutions.
- Act as the internal consultant and design architect for SAP global solutions, working closely with Business Partners.
- Develop, prototype, test, and implement solutions to improve the stability, usability, and functionality of SAP systems, enabling end-users to achieve business objectives.
- Develop, prototype, test, and implement Order Management functionality, integrating it with SAP modules such as Vistex (pricing), Hybris integration, and Service Management tools for O2C.
- Design and implement Service Management and Leasing functionality, ensuring smooth integration with SAP modules like Vistex and Hybris for O2C.
- Deliver solutions to comply with local statutory requirements for international markets.
- Provide support to the AMS team on high-priority issues, proposing solutions to resolve problems effectively.
- Documentation & Reporting :
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and release notes.
- Engage in continuous performance tuning and reengineering of integrations to improve processing efficiency and reduce latency.

Organizational Relationships
Interact with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements, understand business processes, and ensure that integration solutions align with organizational goals and objectives.Participate in project planning , risk assessment, and scheduling for SAP projects.Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration with SAP systems.Coordinate with implementation partners to deploy, configure, or maintain integrated solutions within Zoetis IT landscape.Work closely with developers and team members to implement solutions and address technical challenges.Education and Experience
Education :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience :
5-7+ years of SAP O2C experience with multiple full life cycle implementations .Experience in the life sciences / pharmaceutical industry is preferred.Knowledge and experience with SAP HANA , Vistex , CRM , Hybris , and Salesforce is preferred.Domain expertise in Commercial Processes and solutions, Order Management, and integration with upstream planning and downstream logistics processes.Experience with GATP , GTS , DMR , and Vistex is beneficial.Familiarity with indirect sales processing , Bio Device , and Diagnostics device and service processes is required.Strong understanding of integration with key business processes such as Planning , Finance , and Logistics .Experience with S / 4HANA transformations and participation in complex SAP implementation and migration projects .Technical Skills & Requirements
Expertise in the configuration of SAP ECC 6.0 , CS , and SD modules , including the following areas :Master Data management, Equipment, Material Serial profile, Functional Location, and Warranties.Service Notification and Service Order.Sales order ATP process.Pricing and Resource Related Billing (RRB) .Periodic and Milestone Billing .Customer Leasing and integration with Finance .Knowledge of Variant Configuration is a plus.Integration knowledge of SM / CS with CRM tools such as SFDC .Hands-on experience with O2C User Exits and collaboration with ABAP developers .Ability to debug issues and provide solutions as needed.Physical Position Requirements
Location : Hyderabad, India.Working Hours : 3 : 00 PM to 12 : 00 AM EST (ICC Second Shift).Weekend Work : Occasionally required during high-priority projects or production go-live to minimize business impact.Time Zone Overlap : Some overlap with the EST time zone will be necessary during production go-live.Skills Required
