Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in generating and qualifying leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn, and calls
- Help build and maintain customer databases and CRM records
- Support social media marketing initiatives and content coordination
- Reach out to potential clients and help in pitching product
- Coordinate demos and client meetings with the sales team
- Assist in gathering feedback and competitive analysis
What We&aposre Looking For :
Strong communication and persuasion skillsInterest in SaaS, HR Tech, or B2B salesBasic understanding of digital marketing (social media, LinkedIn, cold outreach, etc.)Self-starter with a willingness to learn and growMBA / BBA / Marketing / Commerce background preferred but not mandatoryWhat You'll Gain :
