Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster HSE Lead located in Hyderabad. The Cluster HSE Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures across the cluster. Daily tasks include conducting safety audits, ensuring environmental compliance, implementing safety training programs, managing occupational health protocols, and proactively addressing any HSE issues. The role aims to ensure a safe working environment and adherence to all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Occupational Health protocols and managing workplace health programs
• Experience in developing and conducting Training programs related to HSE
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, or a related field
• Certification in HSE management or related area is a plus
• Awareness about Building By laws, ISO Standards, Bristish safety council five star guidelines and Enviromental compliances.
