Job Description – Treasury Client Onboarding
📍 Location : Chennai
🕑 Shift Timings : US Shift
💰 Salary Range :
Team Leader : Up to ₹14 LPA
SME : Up to ₹10 LPA
We are looking for experienced professionals to join our #Treasury Client Service team. The role involves delivering exceptional client support across the entire lifecycle — from onboarding and account maintenance to offboarding. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless client experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including collection & verification of documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely account setup & activation.
Handle client requests for account maintenance (updates / modifications).
Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with internal & regulatory requirements.
Support offboarding activities including account closures & data archiving.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve service issues within SLA timelines.
Identify & implement process improvements for efficiency and client satisfaction.
Prepare MIS, reports, and audit documentation as required.
Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times.
Qualifications
Graduate (Commerce / Accountancy preferred) – Essential
MBA Finance – Desired
Essential Skills & Aptitude
Minimum 5+ years of experience in #clientonboarding , account maintenance & offboarding within #Treasury or related domains.
Proficiency in MS Excel & Word.
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
Ability to work independently and deliver on timelines.
Certification in Treasury Client Lifecycle Management – Preferred.
