Qualifications - External

• 2 years of financial services operations experience required
• 2 years of syndicated / corporate loan experience strongly preferred
• 2 years of people process and / or project management experience required
• Loan IQ experience strongly preferred
• Must be proficient in MS Office products including Word Excel Power Point and Outlook
• Must be proficient in documenting procedures and process flows
• Must be willing to work overtime during seasonal volume spikes
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload for junior staff
• Ability to multi-task and manage tight deadlines
• Familiarity with syndicated loan products and credit documentation preferred Qualifications - External
