Retail Associate

A retail associate's includes customer service, sales, and store operations. Key duties are greeting customers, providing product information, processing transactions, handling returns and complaints, restocking merchandise, and maintaining store appearance. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail to meet sales targets and create a positive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Customer Service :  Greet customers, answer questions, and assist them in finding products and making purchase decisions.
• Sales and Promotions :  Recommend products, process sales accurately, and inform customers about current promotions to help meet sales goals.
• Store Operations :  Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store is clean and visually appealing.
• Inventory Management :  Monitor inventory levels, and assist with receiving and setting up new merchandise.
• Problem-Solving :  Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently.
• Point-of-Sale (POS) Operations : Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using a POS system.
