AND Academy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Intern – Student Assistance & Alumni Relations to serve as a central liaison for our alumni, students, faculty, admissions teams, and other key stakeholders. The role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals at the beginning of their career who are keen to work in a dynamic academic environment.
Work Experience :
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the education sector.
Education :
Graduate from a reputed institution, a postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as the primary point of contact for students, alumni, faculty members, admissions, and other departments.
Oversee student onboarding, documentation, and fee-processing formalities.
Strengthen alumni relations through regular engagement and community-building initiatives.
Maintain structured and accurate student information and records.
Prepare and update reports as required.
Support the facilitation and participation of students and alumni in AND events.
Essential Skills & Attributes :
Working knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Docs.
Strong communication, writing, and note-taking abilities.
Accuracy in maintaining records and data.
Basic numerical skills and familiarity with simple financial concepts.
Professional demeanour and courteous conduct.
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams.
Work Timings :
Monday to Friday : 9.00 am – 6.00 pm
Saturday : 10.00 am – 5.00 pm (Two Saturdays off per month)
