We’re looking for an Inside Sales Executive who can drive admissions, convert leads into enrollments, and help more learners kickstart their careers with Groviio.
Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students. You’ll handle inbound and outbound leads, explain our courses, guide students through the enrollment process, and ensure they choose the right career path with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with inbound / outbound leads generated through marketing and referrals.
- Clearly explain Groviio’s courses, job guarantee programs, and career outcomes.
- Understand student needs and recommend the right program.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions through strong communication and persuasion.
- Maintain high call productivity and conversion rates.
- Update CRM / Google Sheets with lead and enrollment data.
- Coordinate with the training and operations team for smooth onboarding of new students.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field.1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or admissions counseling (EdTech experience preferred).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Target-driven, disciplined, and comfortable with high-volume calling.Ability to build trust and guide students confidently.
