We are looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team and play a key role in expanding our business outreach and client network.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and generate qualified leads through cold calling & outreach through other means.
- Engage with CXOs, HR Heads, and Senior Leaders to introduce ESS for value added services.
- Maintain and update CRM data, track conversations, and follow up systematically to convert leads into opportunities.
- Support the Business Development team by setting up meetings and nurturing potential clients.
- Achieve weekly / monthly targets for lead generation and client engagement.
Desired Skills & Qualities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability in cold calling, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably in B2B or service-based firms).Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Basic understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools will be an added advantage.Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sectors.Why Join Us
