What You’ll Do

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Manage HR policies, payroll, compliance, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through training, development, and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with company goals and long-term strategy.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal processes.
• Lead efforts to strengthen retention, motivation, and team well-being through innovative HR practices.
