Job Summary :

We seek a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This individual will generate high-quality leads, create engaging digital content, and drive traffic through effective SEO and SMO strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creative, analytical, and technical skills, with proven experience in digital marketing and a passion for staying ahead of the latest trends in the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation : Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through various digital channels, including paid advertising (Google Ads, social media), email marketing, and more.
• Creative Design : Design visually appealing and compelling creatives for digital campaigns, including social media posts, email templates, display ads, landing pages, and website graphics using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
• SEO & SEM : Optimize website content for search engines (on-page and off-page SEO), conduct keyword research, and ensure content is aligned with search engine algorithms to improve organic rankings and drive website traffic. Experience in SEM campaigns (Google Ads) is a plus.
• Social Media Marketing (SMO) : Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and enhance community building across various platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Campaign Performance Analysis : Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar. Provide insights to improve campaign performance and meet KPIs.
• Content Strategy & Management : Collaborate with content teams to create and promote relevant content for targeted audiences. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and user engagement.
• Stay Updated on Trends : Continuously monitor digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the brand is leveraging the most effective strategies.
