Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 5–10 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, managing key accounts, and growing revenue by delivering staffing solutions to clients across the United States.
Key Responsibilities :
- New Business Development :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US IT staffing market.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and work closely with the delivery team to ensure quality and timely submissions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Account Management :
- Manage existing accounts to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Upsell and cross-sell staffing services within existing client base.
- Act as a point of contact for escalations and negotiations.
- Collaboration & Reporting :
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure the right talent is submitted.
- Prepare weekly / monthly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions using CRM tools.
Key Requirements :
Experience :5–10 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing business development.Strong understanding of US staffing market, hiring trends, and visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).Skills :
Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales quotas.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship-building abilities.Tools & Tech :Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), MS Office, , Dice, Indeed, and other lead gen platforms.Shift Flexibility :
Willing to work in US time zones (EST / CST / PST).Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Existing client contacts and strong network in US IT staffing industry.Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.Benefits :
