Job Title : Business Development Manager – US IT Staffing

Location : Bangalore / Indore

Experience : 5–10 Years in US IT Staffing

Job Type : Full-Time

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 5–10 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, managing key accounts, and growing revenue by delivering staffing solutions to clients across the United States.

Key Responsibilities :

  • New Business Development :
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US IT staffing market.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, emails, social media, and other channels.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management :
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and work closely with the delivery team to ensure quality and timely submissions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Account Management :
  • Manage existing accounts to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Upsell and cross-sell staffing services within existing client base.
  • Act as a point of contact for escalations and negotiations.
  • Collaboration & Reporting :
  • Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure the right talent is submitted.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions using CRM tools.

Key Requirements :

  • Experience :
  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing business development.
  • Strong understanding of US staffing market, hiring trends, and visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).
  • Skills :

  • Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Tools & Tech :
  • Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), MS Office, , Dice, Indeed, and other lead gen platforms.
  • Shift Flexibility :

  • Willing to work in US time zones (EST / CST / PST).
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Existing client contacts and strong network in US IT staffing industry.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
