Job descriptionManage end-to-end vendor relationships, including negotiations, contracts, credit terms, purchase orders, invoicing, and payment cycles. Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships and position the 300K-unit annual plan as an exclusive supply opportunity. Drive robust production planning with a 12-month demand projection and a 3-month rolling PO structure. Implement and manage a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for real-time visibility into work-in-progress, output, and inventory. Establish a Sales and Operations Planning (SNOP) framework Conduct Gemba analysis and enable open-book pricing validation with suppliers. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or production planning (preferably in electronics or hardware manufacturing). Proven track record in vendor negotiation, production visibility, and supply chain execution. Zero production planning gaps : no missed deliveries, no visibility issues, and no stockouts. Continuous pipeline of alternate components that improve cost or capability. Structured, reliable production planning aligned to business goals. Strong, commercially optimized vendor relationships with transparent pricing. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or production planning (preferably in electronics or hardware manufacturing). Proven track record in vendor negotiation, production visibility, and supply chain execution.
