To provide expert HR support and advice - coach, support, and offer guidance to all stakeholders on applying HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR advice and coaching to stakeholders on policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Translate business requirements into effective HR strategies aligned with corporate and departmental goals.
- Support managers in handling complex employee cases including performance, attendance, and disciplinary issues.
- Drive change management initiatives in support of organizational projects and transformations.
- Promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Champion health and well-being initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Contribute to Learning & Development activities by identifying needs and supporting training programs.
- Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization, fostering transparency and trust.
- Manage HR operations for employees across multiple locations in India, ensuring consistency and compliance.
Key Requirements
Bachelors / Master's degree in Human Resources or related fieldProgressive HR experience, preferably in IT ServicesExperience managing HR operations for employees across multiple locations in IndiaExposure to HR COE functions (Talent, L&D, Rewards, ER, etc.)Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and complianceProven experience in HR project management and change initiativesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skillsWillingness to travel domestically as requiredWhat's in it for you?
