Anokhasa is a Unique Gifting startup specializing in custom printed merchandise & gifts, and curated gift hampers, events & experiences. Anokhasa brings relationships and emotions to life through unique gift options for occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, baby showers, and more. We work with individuals, businesses, corporates, and resellers, offering gift options ranging from cakes and desserts to special hampers like Break Up Hampers, Pregnancy Care Hampers, and Prank Boxes. Our mission is to spread happiness and help people express emotions and celebrate special moments. We aim to curate Merchandise like stickers, tshirts, badges, fridge magnets, notepads, journals and more.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role (not salary based) for a Creative CoFounder at Anokhasa, located in Pune. The Creative CoFounder will be responsible for the entire creative gifting, developing gifts, gift hampers, conducting research, and analyzing market trends. This role involves collaborating with more people in the industry, future team members, managing client relationships. Driving sales is an added advantage.

Day-to-day tasks will include brainstorming and executing creative ideas, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a wow customer satisfaction for their gifting needs.

Qualifications

• Being in Pune
• Strong Research capabilities
• Excellent Communication (it is a key element)
• Experience in Creativity
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Experience in the gifting industry or related fields is a plus
• Degree is Not required, you Just need to be creative
• Be able to Curate, Design & Make Beautiful Gift Hampers (from thinking what to add in the gift hampers to creating the gift hampers, what return gifts to suggest to clients, and how will it make us stand uniquely)
