Junior Account Executive

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for drafting / reviewing the legal documents like Software Escrow Agreements, NDAs, and Addendums.
• Agreement negotiation with various customers regarding the Agreement terms.
• Timely handling of queries raised by any customer.
• Facilitating Agreement execution and follow-up with Customers for timely completion of Agreements and obtaining copies of the signed agreements Required Skills : Criteria : Bachelors in Law with a flair for documentation. Professional experience : Experience in Contract Management in IT or BPO domain. Expert in Microsoft word, Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiating skills. Multicultural awareness and sensitivity – able to engage appropriately with colleagues and customers of different nationalities.
