Job description

We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive to help CubicDesignz expand its client base in the digital marketing space. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching services, and building long-term relationships with clients across industries. You will play a key role in positioning our agency as the go-to partner for creative, strategic, and result-driven digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in digital marketing (social media management, SEO, performance marketing, branding, web design).
  • Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold outreach.
  • Pitch our agency services to prospects and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to prepare custom proposals and presentations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and provide market insights to management.
  • Travel across Chennai for client meetings, presentations, and relationship building.
  • Attend conferences, networking events, and industry meetups to represent and pitch agency services.
  • Track pipeline, prepare reports, and provide market insights to the leadership team.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.

Skills Required

  • 0–6 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in a digital marketing / advertising / IT services agency).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, content, web development).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and adaptable to a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
