Key Responsibilities

As the HR Manager at Kartar Group, you will lead all aspects of human resources from recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to employee engagement, training, and compliance. You will partner closely with the leadership team to align HR practices with business goals, ensuring a positive and productive work culture. The role involves driving hiring strategies, maintaining statutory compliance, handling employee relations, and implementing effective HR policies. You will also play a key role in developing talent, conducting appraisals, and fostering a workplace that encourages learning, fairness, and growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources (preferred).
• 4–8 years of proven experience in HR management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
