Job description

Responsibilities :

Application Support & Maintenance :

  • Collaborate with business associates and the ERP Vendors of Farvision, In4Velocity, etc to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot ERP application, ensuring seamless operation across all modules.

Business User Support :

  • Provide comprehensive support to users across various departments including Sales & Customer Care (CRM), Billing, Taxation, Engineering, Contracting & Procurement, Finance, and Administration.
  • This includes resolving issues, providing training, and offering remote assistance.

    • Business Analysis :

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the ERP system.

    • Reporting & Analytics :

  • Generate and distribute periodic reports based on statistical analysis of data from various timeframes.
  • Prepare specific reports as requested by management.

    • Team Management & Supervision :

  • Effectively supervise and mentor a team, providing solutions to resolve application issues by coordinating with multiple OEMs / Vendors team.

    • Client Onboarding :

  • Register new real estate clients under ERP system, configuring and migrating client data as needed.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to clients.
