About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with strong expertise in Camunda BPM, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems. This role is central to driving process automation within the CARE domain, contributing to the growth of automation capabilities across VOIS in Solstice. The individual will work in a collaborative, multi-team environment to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and development of business process automation using Camunda BPMN and associated tools.
• Develop robust microservices using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Apply design patterns effectively to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Implement event-driven architecture using messaging platforms such as Kafka.
• Define high-level architecture and technology approaches aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure successful implementation of automation solutions.
• Participate actively in sprint-based development cycles, contributing hands-on code.
• Support strategic initiatives to expand process automation across VOIS platforms.
