Job Description

Senior AI Engineer

Location : Pune / Noida / Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)

As an AI Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade artificial intelligence solutions that drive innovation and deliver measurable business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, software engineers, and partners—to build scalable, secure, and ethically responsible AI systems.

You will report to TECHNICAL LEADER - AI

Your Responsibilities :

• Develop AI Solutions : Build and implement AI models and pipelines that integrate with existing IT and data infrastructure, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work with data scientists, engineers, and business teams throughout the AI solution lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
• Technology Evaluation : Explore and recommend AI / ML frameworks, platforms, and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, cloud AI services) that align with project goals and technical feasibility.
• Follow Best Practices : Apply standards for model development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management, with a focus on ethical AI and data privacy compliance.
• Support and Learn : Receive mentorship from senior AI leaders while contributing to the organization's AI strategy and adoption.
