What you'll do :

In your role as Applied AI Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, coding, testing, and quality assurance in a development team. You will assess and solve issues in new or existing code, and work with high attention to detail, reliability, and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with your team members to ensure success. In your day-to-day you will :

• Work with a team of highly technical and motivated developers.
• Collaborate and work with teams spread across geographies and time zones.
• You will work on the entire lifecycle of standard SAP application development.
• Develop, integrate, and optimize applications powered by LLMs and multimodal generative models.
• Apply prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG techniques to improve model accuracy and reliability.
• Business application Agent development
• Design and implement AI pipelines (data ingestion, embeddings, vector databases, knowledge retrieval).
• Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers to build production-ready APIs and interfaces.
• Collaborate and work to deploy, monitor, and scale models.
• Evaluate and compare foundation models for business use cases.
• Implement guardrails, safety mechanisms, and bias detection to ensure responsible AI usage.
• Research and experiment with new generative AI techniques
• Document architecture, design decisions, and best practices for reuse across projects.
