Company Description

A renewable energy company based out of Udaipur, Rajasthan is looking for talented individuals for the post of Account Executive. The major products of the company are Solar Energy based products. We require a dynamic individual who is technically sound and is willing to take up the challenge.

Position Overview :

As an Accounts Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining financial records. Your primary responsibilities will include generating invoices, reconciling books using Tally software, and executing various other accounting activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent numerical skills, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Generate and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

2. Maintain and update customer and vendor databases with relevant information.

3. Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

4. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

5. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

6. Handle bank reconciliations and ensure bank transactions are accurately recorded.

7. Utilize Tally software to maintain and reconcile accounting records.

8. Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.

9. Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processes.

10. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.

11. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting issues and queries.

12. Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

13. GST filing and taking care of the GST compliance.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.

3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

4. Proficiency in Tally software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.

5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
