Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and execute visual direction for campaigns, photoshoots, films, and brand collaterals.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and retail teams to translate brand strategy into compelling visuals.

Manage the execution process—across digital, print, and retail media.

Lead photoshoot planning, including mood boards, styling, lighting, and visual storytelling.

Ensure consistency of brand identity across all channels (website, social media, in-store).

Work closely with external photographers, stylists, models, and creative agencies.

Develop visual guidelines and ensure adherence to brand tone and design language.

Stay updated on art, fashion, and design trends to inspire new creative directions.

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in art direction or visual design within the jewellery, fashion, or luxury sector or Advertising agency.

Strong portfolio demonstrating Ideas, campaign direction, and brand storytelling.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).

Exceptional eye for composition, typography, and luxury branding.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred from reputed colleges.
