We are looking for an Event Manager to join our team in India for India Operations— a strategic thinker and hands-on project leader who can manage complex, high-profile corporate events with confidence, creativity, and precision.

Role Overview

The Event Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of major corporate events and client programs. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, strong commercial awareness, and a deep understanding of corporate event objectives — from brand positioning to employee engagement and client retention.

Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Project Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of conferences, product launches, roadshows, internal meetings, and corporate hospitality programs.
• Translate client goals into strategic event plans that drive engagement and measurable outcomes.
• Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and production schedules, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure all events reflect the client’s brand values and business objectives.
