Durability FEA CAE Engineer

Area of Responsibility :

The Senior CAE Engineer will be responsible to carry out Strength, Durability or Fatigue assessment in Optistruct / Abaqus with good experience in meshing, connection in Hypermesh.

He should have as well experience in NVH loadcases.

Job Requirements :

Experience in Strength, Durability / Fatigue assessments in one or more area like BIW, Closures, and Trim etc.

Able to run CAE analysis in Optistruct / Abaqusindependently, summarize results and feedback conclusions to customers in an efficient manner.

Experience in NVH loadcases like Global mode , FRF ,Dynamic stiffness etx

Basic skill of Lsdyna

Able to work effectively with design teams to develop solutions within defined deadlines and time constraints.

Having experience in CAE test correlation projects add more advantage

Have an awareness of potential design constraints (packaging, manufacturing etc.) and ensure due consideration is given in developing solutions.

Creation of CAE Models (System level / BIW / Full Vehicle) in Hypermesh

Ability to do Integration (Weld / Bolt / Adhesives etc., connections.)

Able to model using Hypermesh.
