We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Dynamics 365 Consultant with 4 to 5 years of experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both Functional and Technical areas of Dynamics 365 (CE, CRM, or F&O), along with strong knowledge of Azure platform integration and Power Platform tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Design, configure, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations, Sales, Service, etc.)
- Customize entities, workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports as per project needs
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using Power Automate , Azure Functions , and Logic Apps
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft services (Azure AD, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
- Support data migration and system integration from legacy systems
- Create and manage technical documentation, functional design documents, and solution architectures
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Dynamics and Azure roadmap and recommend improvements
- Work in Agile / Scrum delivery models and collaborate with cross-functional teams
