Role Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated Financial Operations Executive to support our finance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, and compliance.The Finance Executive will work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial records, support forecasting and analysis, and contribute to efficient financial processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial discipline, supporting business decisions, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and reporting.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and perform account reconciliations.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in accordance with company policies.
- Support financial audits and ensure compliance with statutory and internal audit requirements.
- Assist in managing cash flow, working capital, and banking transactions.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather data and provide financial insights.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Candidate Requirements
Immediate joiner preferred.Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce in a recognised institution; MBA preferred but not mandatory. (CFA / CFA aspirant preferred)2 years of post-qualification experience in finance or accounting functions.Strong grasp of accounting standards (local GAAP / IFRS) and regulatory frameworksDeep experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysisExcellent leadership, people management, and mentoring skillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial software / ERP / BI toolsStrong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work at both strategic and operational levels.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with senior management, auditors, and other stakeholdersHigh integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential financial information
