Location : Remote

Type : Contractual (6 months contract), can be extended based on performance

Working Hours : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (Monday to Saturday; alternate Saturdays off)

Compensation : ₹25,000 per month

About the Role :

We are looking for a Recruitment Process Coordinator to support our client’s hiring operations. This role primarily involves coordinating and scheduling interviews , ensuring seamless communication between candidates and client-side teams, and being present during interviews to ensure smooth coordination. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English , have prior experience in recruitment coordination , and maintain a professional, noiseless work environment while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client interviewers.
• Be present during interviews to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Communicate effectively with candidates regarding interview logistics, updates, and feedback.
• Partner with the client’s HR and recruitment team to align on schedules and hiring processes.
• Track interview progress, maintain accurate records, and follow up proactively.
• Handle rescheduling, last-minute changes, and feedback collection efficiently.
• Deliver an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the process.
