SQL Database Administrator

JD :

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a SQL Server DBA
• Strong understanding of SQL Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022 architecture, SSMS, and SQL Agent.
• Practical experience in SQL Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with CDC with Debezium / Kafka for real-time data sync and basic knowledge on Always On Availability Groups.
• Proficient in Performance / Query tuning and debugging of stored procedures and SQL jobs.
• Strong Knowledge of backup / restore strategies, recovery models, and DB maintenance on production support.
• Experience with GitLab / GitHub and CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including nights and weekends, as required).
