Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Oracle Database Administrator located in Hyderabad. The Oracle Database Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as database administration, replication, troubleshooting, and database security to ensure the smooth functioning of the company's databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Database Administration : Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle database software to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Database Security : Implement and maintain robust database security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Performance Tuning : Optimize database performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, tuning SQL queries, and configuring database parameters.
• Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot complex database issues, including performance problems, data corruption, and system failures.
• Backup and Recovery : Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies using RMAN, ensuring business continuity and minimizing data loss.
