Role Overview

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil BIM Modeler with proven expertise in land development and a solid track record of working on international infrastructure projects . The ideal candidate will be proficient in BIM tools and workflows, capable of producing high-quality civil models, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models for civil and land development projects including grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout.
• Interpret and incorporate survey data, topography, and geospatial inputs into BIM workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure model accuracy and coordination.
• Apply international standards (e.g., AIA, BS, ISO) and client-specific BIM protocols.
• Generate construction documentation , quantity take-offs, and clash detection reports.
• Support BIM execution plans and contribute to continuous improvement of modeling practices.
