Position : MERN Stack Developer

Experience : 4–7 Years

Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat India

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer who can independently manage projects from the frontend to the backend . The ideal candidate will have excellent client communication , team management , and technical expertise across all layers of modern web development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project execution , including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Handle both frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB) development with equal proficiency.
  • Communicate directly with international clients for requirement gathering, updates, and technical discussions.
  • Provide technical leadership to team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure development best practices.
  • Collaborate with designers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance .
  • Integrate third-party APIs, manage server configurations, and ensure data security.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute innovative solutions to business challenges.

Technical Skills Required

  • Excellent knowledge of frontend development using React.js, Redux / Context API, and modern UI frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of backend development with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
  • Experience in RESTful APIs , authentication (JWT / OAuth), and database design.
  • Proficiency with Git , Postman , and cloud platforms like AWS or DigitalOcean .
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies , CI / CD pipelines, and deployment best practices.
  • Bonus : Experience with TypeScript , GraphQL , or Docker is an advantage.

  • Proven experience in team management and mentoring junior developers.
