• Conduct property viewings with prospective clients, highlighting unique features and addressing all queries.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all legal and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.
• Track and report sales activity, including leads, conversions, and revenue performance.
