The faculty will contribute to teaching, research, curriculum development, and institutional development in areas such as :
Electric and hybrid vehicle design and propulsion
Battery technology and energy storage systems
Power electronics and drives for EVs
Charging infrastructure and smart grids
Embedded systems, IoT, and AI / ML in EVs
Hydrogen fuel cell technology and sustainable mobility solutions

Key Responsibilities
Teaching
Develop and deliver undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses in EV Technology and allied disciplines.
Integrate hands-on learning, simulation, laboratory experiments, and project-based instruction.
Mentor students in academic, research, and career development.
Research
Conduct high-quality research in areas such as EV propulsion, battery management, vehicle integration, and green mobility.
Publish in high-impact international journals and present at leading conferences.
Supervise UG / Ph.D. students and guide research projects.
Secure research funding from government agencies, industry, and international sources.
Collaboration and Outreach
Engage with EV industry partners for joint research, internships, and technology transfer.
Collaborate across departments for interdisciplinary projects (e.g., renewable energy integration, smart mobility systems).
Organize workshops, seminars, and faculty development programs.
Institutional Service
Contribute to curriculum development aligned with NEP 2020 and AICTE / UGC guidelines.
Assist in laboratory development, accreditation (NBA / NAAC), and academic committees.
Participate in outreach programs, student mentorship, and departmental administration.
