Key Responsibilities :

Project Delivery & Management :

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects follow best practices, methodologies, and governance frameworks.

Team Leadership & Coordination :

  • Manage, mentor, and guide a team of developers, testers, and business analysts.
  • Allocate resources effectively, balancing workloads and skill sets.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven work culture.

    • Stakeholder Management :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
  • Conduct regular project review meetings and share progress updates with stakeholders.
  • Handle escalations promptly, ensuring minimal impact on delivery timelines.

    • Quality Assurance & Compliance :

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee testing and deployment processes to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.

    • Continuous Improvement :

  • Evaluate delivery processes and recommend enhancements for efficiency and productivity.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.

    • Key Skills & Competencies :

  • Proven track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
  • In-depth understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, manage risks, and adapt to change quickly.

    • Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile / Scrum Master are an advantage
