To become a part of our team you will need :

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (and ready to start on an upskill traineeship diploma).
• Passionate about providing quality care and education to young children.
• Strong understanding of child development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
