Position : Desktop Support Specialist L1 (On-site)

Role Type : Full Time Onsite Freelance Contractor

Working Days : 5 Days Per Week

Contract Type : Freelance / B2B contract

Experience Required : More than 1 year as IT Support.

Site Address : Nagpur, Maharashtra, India (On-Site)

Languages required : English (C1), Hindi (C1)

This is a hands-on, field-based position focused on supporting IT infrastructure needs including PC deployments, remote hands support for IT hardware staging, and general software / hardware troubleshooting. The technician will provide reliable onsite support across office and technical environments.

Duration : 4 months (November 2025 – February 2026)

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of IT field support or hardware / software troubleshooting experience.
• Experience in :
• PC deployment, installation, and end-user support
• Remote hands staging of infrastructure hardware
• Depot workflows and basic network troubleshooting
• Familiarity with :
• ServiceNow, Active Directory, SCCM / Intune, SOTI
• Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
• Dell diagnostics and SupportAssist tools
• Basic scripting (e.g., PowerShell or batch – helpful but not required)
• Physically able to lift 40+ lbs. and travel regionally.
• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience.
