We are currently seeking a  Engineering Systems Support Specialist , to join our Chennai Team, and this position will be directly reporting to Head, Local systems Portfolio Manager. India

About the mission we offer you :

The Engineering Tool Support Specialist must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential for maintaining the productivity and efficiency of engineering teams by ensuring they have reliable access to the tools they need.

Qualifications / Skills :

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical or a related field.
• Experience in technical support or engineering role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Bricscad, Tekla, ETAP, Bentley STaadPro, Aspen, Hexagon products, Smart 3D & Smart P&ID, Aveva etc).
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and software deployment.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry or similar role
• Any specialization / certification in different 2D, 3D modeling software is a plus
• Experience of ITIL work process is a plus
