We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with 11+ years of expertise to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture, advanced experience with Salesforce modules, and certifications to validate their skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce capabilities are effectively aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality design and development practices.
• Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce applications while adhering to Salesforce best practices and guidelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure Salesforce solutions are aligned with performance, scalability, and security best practices.
• Oversee the full application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flows and functionality.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to Salesforce development teams.
• Conduct regular assessments of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet the organization’s evolving needs.
