Job description

Requirements for App Support Engineer :

Have minimum 3+ experience is providing product support for frontend applications
Must know on the support process for production operations
Worked as L2 / L3 engineer primary operation being L2
Good knowledge of SQL as L2 engineer, he / she will use SQL as a tool to debug production issues
Knowledge on insurance is good to have but not must
