About the Role
As a Sales Executive at SCG India, you will be at the front line of driving our market expansion. Your mission is not only to grow revenue but to establish SCG as a
trusted partner in India’s construction and industrial ecosystem
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across
construction, infrastructure, and industrial markets
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with developers, contractors, distributors, and key stakeholders.
Promote SCG’s portfolio of
sustainable and innovative solutions
as value-driven offerings to customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic sales planning.
Lead the complete sales cycle : prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Represent SCG at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and professional networking events.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
0–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or industrial products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
