Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Executive (FMCG / HoReCa) to join our Mumbai Team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B & B2C FMCG sales, preferably within the spices, condiments, or grocery segment, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and driving brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth across FMCG and HoReCa segments, focusing on spices and related product categories.

Identify, develop, and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key HoReCa clients.

Create and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and collect insights to identify new opportunities.

Ensure timely order fulfilment, payment collections, and adherence to company policies.

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance, and production) to ensure smooth business operations.

Support new product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives in assigned territories.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management review.

Represent the brand professionally during client interactions, trade fairs, and exhibitions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG and HoReCa sales, preferably in spices, condiments, or food ingredients.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client networks.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficient in MS Office tools and basic CRM reporting.

Ability to thrive in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Must have a valid driving license and be open to travel within the region.
