Role Description
We're seeking a Google Ads Expert to create, optimize, and manage Google Ads campaigns for our Healthcare clients. Your role involves driving results through data-driven strategies, enhancing campaign performance, and delivering strategic insights to achieve client goals.
Compensation
- Probation (3 months) : Performance-based, upto 10 LPA (No fixed pay)
- Post-Probation : Fixed upto 10 LPA
- Work Timings : Flexible

Key Responsibilities
Design and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Shopping networks.Optimize campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, and conversions.Analyze performance data and implement strategies to maximize ROI.Stay updated on Google Ads trends and ensure compliance with best practices.Communicate campaign progress and insights effectively with clients and internal teams.Qualifications
Experience : 2+ years in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, with a strong focus on Google Ads.Skills :
Proficient in Google Ads Manager and related tools like Google Analytics.Expertise in reporting, data analysis, and campaign optimization.Strong communication and organizational abilities.Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.Skills Required
