=Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key partners by thoroughly understanding their business requirements and aligning them with company solutions.Oversee the complete partner operational lifecycle—from onboarding and integration to ensuring ongoing commercial success.Source and evaluate new partnership opportunities to drive business growth and expand synergies.Collaborate closely with the partner development lead to identify growth areas and support partners with operational needs.Onboard new partners and conduct routine check-ins to ensure smooth operational setup (both in person and over calls).Serve as the primary point of contact for daily partner operations, ensuring all partner queries are resolved in a timely manner.Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall partnership efficiency and business impact.Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Data, and Commercial Policy teams to fulfill partnership requirements.Prepare and deliver progress updates, forecasts, and key account metrics to internal and external stakeholders.Experience Required :
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager with exposure to partnership management.
- Background in sales and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Strong organizational capability with experience collaborating across teams.
Qualifications :
- BSc / MBA in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
