BA - Payments - CREQ Description

6+ Years of Business Analysis experience in the following areas

Domain Knowledge (Must) Experience in FinTech, Working with Payments (Swift - MT, MX messages, ACH - NACHA formats), Securities messages

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions

Requirement gathering experience on capital market related process.

Experience in adapting to defined document templates and getting signoff from client on requirements

Experience creating a Process Design Document (PDD)

Experience creating a BRD (Business Requirements Document (BRD)

Ability to adapt and deal with changing situations (effectively managing everyones expectation)

Ability to spot inefficiencies, streamline workflows, minimize process exceptions, and reduce data silos / bottlenecks.

Experience supporting QA resources in User Acceptance Testing / System integration testing

Team player collaborates well across multiple teams (that maybe in some cases would not normally work together)

Comfortable gathering requirements and designing processes in situations where you might now know a lot about the business / domain

Demonstrated inquisitiveness and a willingness to learn quickly
