Sales Process : Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, including paperwork and financing options. Relationship Building : Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals. Inventory & Promotion Management : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current vehicle inventory, popular models, and dealership promotions. Lead Generation : Prospect for new customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and social media. Sales Targets : Work towards and meet or exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets. Coordination : Work collaboratively with finance and service departments to complete sales transactions.
