As Legal Counsel , you will play a key role in supporting investments, corporate governance and fund structuring activities across multiple regions. You'll be reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel (Europe & Asia) and collaborating with a multicultural, global team while being based in Chennai (preferred), Mumbai, or Delhi . Remote working flexibility is available.

Key Responsibilities

Investments (Private Equity & Debt) 60%

• Structure, draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for private debt transactions (~40%).
• Support private equity deals (~20%), including shareholder agreements, investment / divestment documentation, and negotiations.
• Provide both pre- and post-transaction legal support while partnering with investment managers.

Corporate Governance & Legal Housekeeping 30%

Fund Development & Investor Relations 10%
