Skillinabox is looking for a dynamic Finance Associate to join our fast-growing team.

If you have a basic understanding of financial operations, NBFC processes, EMI structures, and documentation — along with strong analytical and organizational skills — this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of Finance, NBFC operations, and EMI processes.
• Hands-on experience with EMI handling and documentation.
• Basic understanding of MS Excel and Google Sheets, with strong numerical and calculation skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident demeanor.
• Responsible, presentable, and proactive with a positive attitude and growth mindset.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines, especially during month-end closures.
