Job descriptionYou should have at least 2+ years of client facing experience working with US and / or North American customers. Freshers are also welcome. You are OK working from 6 : 30pm to 3 : 30am IST (night shift) Fluent in English Resilient with a strong desire to succeed; 100% cold calling means rejection is part of the job, and you need to bounce back Call, nurture, and schedule appointments with cold leads; keep pipeline organized You are coachable, open to feedback and mentorship A competitive compensation package with performance incentives. Title : Sales Development Representative
Experience : 0-4 years
Work mode : 5 days a week in office (Mon to Fri)
Shift : 6 : 30pm to 3 : 30am IST (Evening shifts)
Salary - 6.5 LPA to 9 LPA
Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers
- Articulating the value proposition and helping customers understand how our solutions can solve their business problems
- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for our external sales team
- Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
- Meeting and exceeding key KPIs, including those for outbound calls, meetings booked and conversion
